Cyclone Alfred: Delivery Delays
To our valued Music2u customers, due to Tropical Cyclone Alfred, extreme weather conditions are impacting mail, parcel, and courier deliveries in Queensland and northern New South Wales.
What This Means for Your Order:

If you have already placed an order, it may experience delays as Australia Post operations in affected areas will be paused from midnight Wednesday, 5 March. Post Offices in these regions will be closed from Thursday, 6 March.
- Couriers Please and Aramex courier operations have been suspended in these areas due to impending severe weather and will resume normal service as soon as it is safe to do so.
- If you need to place an order—feel free to do so! Our Music2u Team is working around the clock to ensure your orders are dispatched with priority. Our operation will continue to dispatch as normal from our Victorian warehouse and provide updates for Qld and Northern NSW orders as soon as shipping operations resume in these areas.
