No matter what stage you're at in your musical journey, Adam is here to help. When he's not working (he's always working) can find him diving deep into his vinyl collection, playing in bands, or jamming out with his guitar. With years of experience in the industry, he’s ready to chat about sheet music, gear, tunes, and everything in between!

Meet Genoa, our musical barista and ultimate dog mum to Sarsparilla! When she’s not handling customer support and dispatch, you’ll find her jamming around a campfire, guitar in hand, spreading good vibes. With a strong passion for both music and people, Genoa adds a personal touch to every interaction, ensuring every customer experience is handled with care and warmth. If she’s not at work, you're likely to find her hiking a mountain, cycling a trail or getting lost in the bush - usually by choice!
Alexis Tajlia (Admin Manager /Web Creator/ Vocalist)
Meet Lexi, the busy bee behind the smooth running of our daily operations. Powered by our infamous in-house coffee (thanks, Genoa!), she’s your go-to for everything from product knowledge to tracking down the hard-to-find musical gems. Whether it’s keys, woodwind, or vocals, Lexi has a wealth of expertise at her fingertips. When she’s not hard at work, you’ll find her rocking out at the front of an alt-rock band, touring, writing music and feeding all the native wildlife that passes by.

Meet Acelyn and Ivie! These two little rockstars add a musical touch to every package they help create. When they're not busy with school, gymnastics, or soccer practice, you'll find them in our warehouse, humming and singing as they sprinkle a bit of musical magic into every order.
