A Rhythmic Concept For Funk and Fusion Guitar Book/2Cd

There are a lot of books on the market offering licks in the Funk/Fusion style but this book goes a lot further. The 16 challenging compositions by renowned Australian guitarist Peter O'Mara cover a variety of tempos and grooves and are presented using a real rhythm section (from Klaus Doldingers Passport) to achieve a maximum of authenticity. Rhythm-guitar riffs are integrated into the overall groove and there is plenty of room for improvisation as well.

The audio play-along tracks are present ed in an order of increasing complexity. Cd 1 contains complete recordings of all instruments so that you can hear how each track can sound. Cd 2 omits all guitar parts so that you can play along with the rhythm section and create your own soli and rhythm parts. Midi files of all compositions are also included on Cd 2.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address is provided. Express Shipping is available. Please allow 1 day for handling and 2 to 2 working days for delivery, or longer for remote areas. Music2u will not replace any lost or delayed Australia Post items if the Economy Shipping option is selected at checkout. 
Our Shipping Options Include:
  • Untracked Shipping is an untracked shipping option offered through Australia post. No tracking number is provided with this service. Please allow 4-9 business delays for delivery of your order. 

  • Standard Shipping is a fully tracked service offered through Australia Post/Toll. A tracking number will is provided once your order is shipped. Please allow 2-6 business days for delivery of your order. 

  • Express Shipping is a fully tracked Express Service offered through Australia Post/Toll Priority.  A tracking number will is provided once your order is shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery of your order. 

Tracking Your Order

You will automatically receive your tracking information via the email you provided in the checkout as a tracking link. You can see the status of your parcel's journey there. If your parcel is taking longer than expected, let us know so we can locate your order. If selecting Economy Shipping, you will receive an email confirmation to notify you that your order has been shipped from our warehouse. You will not receive a tracking number for this service. 

Pre Orders

Please note that all 'single' pre-order books that arrive back in stock will ship via the standard Australia Post untracked service. The items that are in-stock will ship via your selected method at checkout, pre-orders will ship un-tracked when they arrive as to not incur an additional shipping fee.
