Rewind the clock back to 2002. A young Adelaide band by the name of I KILLED THE PROM QUEEN recorded a demo, sent them out to record labels and promoters to see what interest they could get. Adelaide label Final Prayer decided to release the demo as a 4 song ep. The poor production and lack of distribution found the EP fall into the hands of diehard fans and enabled the band to tour. Countless tours and a few years later, the songs from I KILLED THE PROM QUEEN's demo have been re recorded along with 3 other unreleased tracks resulting in "Your Past Comes Back To Haunt You" EP.

With the release of their debut album 2003's "When Goodbye Means Forever" IKTPQ have gone from strength to strength. They have toured their homeland many times and the US once and have shared the stage with the likes of Alexisonfire, Evergreen Terrace, Dilinger Escape Plan, Soilwork, Fear Factory, and Caliban.

2005 is shaping up to be another big year for the Adelaide lads. Having already played on this years Adelaide Big Day Out, the guys will be touring again in April with Long Islands From Autumn To Ashes and will no doubt be hitting a town near you soon.

Most orders are dispatched via Australia Post and Toll. Orders are delivered typically within business hours only. Please allow 1-2 days for handling and 1 to 9 business days for delivery, depending on your selected shipping service. If you have not received your parcel within this time, please get in touch with us and we will open an enquiry for you. 
It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address is provided. Express Shipping is available. Please allow 1 day for handling and 2 to 2 working days for delivery, or longer for remote areas. Music2u will not replace any lost or delayed Australia Post items if the Economy Shipping option is selected at checkout. 
Our Shipping Options Include:
  • Untracked Shipping is an untracked shipping option offered through Australia post. No tracking number is provided with this service. Please allow 4-9 business delays for delivery of your order. 

  • Standard Shipping is a fully tracked service offered through Australia Post/Toll. A tracking number will is provided once your order is shipped. Please allow 2-6 business days for delivery of your order. 

  • Express Shipping is a fully tracked Express Service offered through Australia Post/Toll Priority.  A tracking number will is provided once your order is shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery of your order. 

Tracking Your Order

You will automatically receive your tracking information via the email you provided in the checkout as a tracking link. You can see the status of your parcel's journey there. If your parcel is taking longer than expected, let us know so we can locate your order. If selecting Economy Shipping, you will receive an email confirmation to notify you that your order has been shipped from our warehouse. You will not receive a tracking number for this service. 

Pre Orders

Please note that all 'single' pre-order books that arrive back in stock will ship via the standard Australia Post untracked service. The items that are in-stock will ship via your selected method at checkout, pre-orders will ship un-tracked when they arrive as to not incur an additional shipping fee. If you would like to arrange tracked or express shipping for a single pre-order, please contact us.
