Dr. Ros McMillan is an esteemed music educator and accomplished keyboard performer with a career that spans over six decades. Holding a Bachelor of Music from the University of Melbourne, a Diploma of Education, and a Master of Education from La Trobe University, along with a Doctor of Philosophy from Melbourne, Dr. McMillan embodies a profound dedication to the advancement of music education.

Her pedagogical journey began during her undergraduate studies at the University of Melbourne’s Faculty of Music, where she taught piano to five students over the course of four years. This early teaching experience laid the groundwork for what would become over 50 years of educational service, blending theory with practice to inspire and nurture countless students.
