Byron Bay singer-songwriter and one of Australias most loved musicians, Pete Murray is releasing his latest forthcoming album Camacho which is set for a June 2 release.

The quiet achiever of Australian music, whose sales of over a million records put him among the upper echelon of home grown solo artists, was determined to shake things up whilst recording his new album and explored different avenues including writing songs using loops beats, which have resulted in some fresh new sounds.

Pete has worked on the lead single Take Me Down with an array of talented industry talents including Grammy Award-winning studio hound Eric J. Dubowsky (Flume, Chet Faker), Aussie producer Tony Buchen (Montaigne, the Preatures, Bob Evans) Adelaide-born, Sydney-based producer One Above, aka Andrew Burford, whose rapidly growing resume includes Hilltop Hoods, Drapht Allday and ARIA Award winning producer John Hume (Matt Corby, Lisa Mitchell).

Pete Murray has delivered a positive, emotive, and powerful album which he will also showcase on an extensive national tour taking in plenty of regional centres throughout July, August and September on an 33-date tour to promote his sixth studio album, Camacho.

Shipping Policy

Most orders are dispatched via Australia Post and Toll. Orders are delivered typically within business hours only. Please allow 1-2 days for handling and 1 to 9 business days for delivery, depending on your selected shipping service. If you have not received your parcel within this time, please get in touch with us and we will open an enquiry for you. 
It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address is provided. Express Shipping is available. Please allow 1 day for handling and 2 to 2 working days for delivery, or longer for remote areas. Music2u will not replace any lost or delayed Australia Post items if the Economy Shipping option is selected at checkout. 
Our Shipping Options Include:
  • Untracked Shipping is an untracked shipping option offered through Australia post. No tracking number is provided with this service. Please allow 4-9 business delays for delivery of your order. 

  • Standard Shipping is a fully tracked service offered through Australia Post/Toll. A tracking number will is provided once your order is shipped. Please allow 2-6 business days for delivery of your order. 

  • Express Shipping is a fully tracked Express Service offered through Australia Post/Toll Priority.  A tracking number will is provided once your order is shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery of your order. 

Tracking Your Order

You will automatically receive your tracking information via the email you provided in the checkout as a tracking link. You can see the status of your parcel's journey there. If your parcel is taking longer than expected, let us know so we can locate your order. If selecting Economy Shipping, you will receive an email confirmation to notify you that your order has been shipped from our warehouse. You will not receive a tracking number for this service. 

Pre Orders

Please note that all 'single' pre-order books that arrive back in stock will ship via the standard Australia Post untracked service. The items that are in-stock will ship via your selected method at checkout, pre-orders will ship un-tracked when they arrive as to not incur an additional shipping fee. If you would like to arrange tracked or express shipping for a single pre-order, please contact us.
