Studies in Rhythm and Interpretation for the developing saxophonist

"James Rae: 20 Modern Studies - Solo Saxophone Book" is an essential resource for saxophonists looking to develop their rhythmic and interpretative skills. This book, authored by James Rae, comprises 20 studies designed to help saxophonists become familiar with various rhythms and phrasings commonly encountered in modern music.

Each study in this collection focuses on a specific aspect of rhythmic playing, spanning a wide range of styles, including jazz, rock, funk, and contemporary classics. The studies are intentionally short, allowing saxophonists to concentrate on refining their stylistic interpretation and rhythmic precision.
